Custom 3D Miniature From Your Photo

Photo Submission Guidelines

For the best possible 3D miniature, please provide 3–5 clear, well-lit photos of each person, pet, or subject being recreated.

Whenever possible, include:

• A clear front-facing photo

• Left and right side views

• A full-body photo for full-body miniatures

• Clear photos of important clothing, hairstyles, accessories, or other details you would like included

Appropriate Photos Only

All submitted photos must be appropriate and suitable for creating a keepsake product.

Please do not submit:

• Nude or sexually explicit images

• Pornographic or sexually suggestive content

• Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery

• Images depicting illegal or abusive activity

• Inappropriate images involving children or minors

• Images intended to harass, threaten, humiliate, or exploit another person

• Any other content Heirloom Hollow determines is inappropriate for reproduction

Heirloom Hollow reserves the right to refuse or cancel any custom order containing inappropriate or prohibited content.

Customers must have the right or permission to use the photographs they submit for creation of their custom product.

By submitting photos, you confirm that the images comply with these requirements and that you have permission to use them.

Please note: Each separate person, pet, or subject included in the finished miniature counts as one subject.
