TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective date: August 24, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.heirloomhollow.net and purchases made from Heirloom Hollow (“Heirloom Hollow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

ABOUT HEIRLOOM HOLLOW
Heirloom Hollow is an online craft business offering handmade, personalized, made-to-order, and ready-made products, including apparel, drinkware, jewelry, accessories, décor, 3D-printed products, and other creative items.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, and prices accurately. Screen settings, lighting, materials, and handmade production may cause colors or details to appear slightly different from the images shown.
Handmade, sublimated, printed, laser-cut, and 3D-printed products may have minor variations or natural production characteristics. These variations are not necessarily defects and contribute to the unique nature of handmade products.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. Payments are handled through Wix and available third-party payment providers.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or availability errors and to cancel or refuse an order affected by an error. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to product availability, suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, prohibited content, production limitations, or other reasonable business concerns.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Customers are responsible for reviewing and accurately submitting names, dates, sizes, colors, photographs, wording, and other personalization details.
If a proof is provided, production may not begin until the customer approves it. Once a custom or personalized order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Heirloom Hollow is not responsible for errors contained in information approved or supplied by the customer. We may refuse requests containing unlawful, hateful, threatening, obscene, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate material.

CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT
By uploading or providing photographs, logos, artwork, text, names, or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it for the requested product.
You authorize Heirloom Hollow to use the submitted content solely as reasonably necessary to create and fulfill your order. You are responsible for claims arising from content you provide without proper authorization.

SHIPPING
We currently ship only within the United States. Processing times, shipping charges, delivery estimates, tracking, damaged packages, and address requirements are explained in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
Because custom and personalized items are created specifically for an individual customer, they may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.

WEBSITE ACCOUNTS
If account features are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity conducted through your account.
We may suspend or terminate an account that is used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotional offers, coupon codes, giveaways, and discounts may be subject to separate rules, deadlines, availability, and eligibility requirements. Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Heirloom Hollow name, logo, website design, product photographs, written content, original artwork, graphics, and other business materials are owned by or licensed to Heirloom Hollow and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially use our content without prior written permission. Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual-property rights unless expressly stated in writing.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heirloom Hollow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, carrier delays, misuse of a product, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Our total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by law.

CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE OR TERMS
